Grill is a small but high-performance charcoal barbecue, comfortable and easy to use anywhere. It is a unique design object, the result of aesthetic research and an innovative technical design.
The two cooking grids and the 3 charcoal baskets are positioned and used vertically, for healthy, uniform and quick cooking: in fact the vertical method does not let the fat drip onto the embers and avoids the release of flames that normally burn the food it also allows homogeneous cooking of food on both sides at the same time.
HOW TO USE GRILL
1. Remove the cover, take out all the accessories;
2. Pour about 1 cm of water into the inner basket;
3. Completely fill the baskets with: briquettes for quick, simple and longer lasting lighting; or charcoal; or a mixture of briquettes and charcoal.
To facilitate ignition, also insert natural fire lighters;
4. Ignite the fuel of your choice;
5. Start cooking only when the fuel has formed a surface layer of ash;
6. Place the food in the racks and place them next to the fuel baskets and wait for the desired cooking.
